Quick and easy pizza

Last night I helped a friend and her family get their new home ready. I wanted to do dinner for everyone and didn't feel like spending a fortune. So, I relied on an old-faithful that my mother did once for a b-day part for me growing up. My friends still talk about it and talk about how much food my mom always did for big occassions, so it warms my heart when we make them. Also, this is great for kids b/c it makes them feel important and grown up that they can make these on their own and decorate them as they choose.

English Muffin Pizzas

Package of English Muffins
Jar of pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
toppings of your choice- ours were pepperoni, bell peppers, canned mushrooms

Cut the muffins open so that you have 2 halves. Put your sauce on as you wish, then put whatever toppings on that you choose. Spruce it up at a party by putting them in cool colorful bowls. Kids can make faces with hair out of cheese and other toppings if they choose. Place them on a cookie sheet, and bake them for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. I love these pizzas! They are incredibly good, and INCREDIBLY fast and easy! Serve them up with carrots and slices of bell peppers with ranch dressing and voila!!~*** Dinner in ten!
